Wrexham on Road Equine Riding Routes - Horsemans Green
Each of the Wrexham Riding Routes has been designed so you can start and finish at any convenient point and choose a route length that is suitable for you.
These webrides can be printed off to take with you on your ride, this will help you to plan your route and to shorten or extend your ride around the area as desired.
This route is along quiet country lanes, there is no main road to cross and is both ridden and driven by local riders and carriage drivers where the route is appropriate. Part of the route joins up with the Maelor way. Should you wish to venture off road there is a small stretch of bridleway which can be linked in with the route, the bridleway is marked on the map. The terrain is not strenuous but is generally undulating. An interpretation board with details of the route is installed on a verge on Brook Lane along with a hitching post for your horse.
